The demolition of existing dwellinghouse and construction of new dwellinghouse in-lieu there-of, upgrading entrance, connection to existing main sewer together with all other ancillary site works.

Construction of new dressing rooms (c.80m2 gross floor area) for the Coolea outdoor swimming pool comprising of: changing areas (2 no.), w.c.s (2 no.), disabled toilets, shower areas (2no.) storage rooms (2 no.), solar panels, a water harvesting tank, a rainwater soakway and connection of the proposed foul sewer to the Cork County Council combined sewer. The development will also consist of refurbishments to the existing facility setup comprising of: the construction of canopies to the east, west and south boundary walls of the facility, conversion of the existing dressing rooms and adjacent store room to a store room and open space, outdoor lighting to the poolside and parking areas, safety railing and non slip surface to the pool perimeter, a turnstile adjacent to the entrance gate, and ancillary drainage and site works including the demolition of a small portion of the northern boundary wall and some minor site clearance and excavation works to facilitate the above.
