Modification of part of the layout of the housing development at Dealg Bán, as permitted under Planning Ref. No. 07/7818 and which permission was further extended under 12/6271. The part of the development site being modified consists of sites numbered 8-13 inclusive, and sites 37-80 inclusive as depicted on the existing permitted layout plan. The modifications involve a reduction in the number of houses within the area, from the permitted 5 0no. two-storey dwellings down to 42 no. two-storey dwellings. The new proposal is to construct 6 no. of house type A, 6 no. of ouse type B, 18 no. of house type E and 12 no. of house type F. It also includes substitution of a modified design to Type E and F houses from the designs of these types as previously approved on the site
