(1) Develop the rear yard, off Main Street. (2) Construct a new boundary wall, including entrances to the yard, the proposed retail outlet and the existing restaurant. (3) Construct a retail outlet, within the yard, with shop front onto Main Street. (4) Construct an extension to the south of the existing second floor apartment, above the existing first floor restaurant including independent entrances/exits from the apartment to Main Street. (5) Attach a small ‘hanging balcony' to the existing second floor apartments eastern elevation. (6) Carry out associated site works.
