Permission is also sought for the development outlined herein as well as 48 no. car parking spaces and 128 no. bicycle parking spaces. Pedestrian access is proposed to the east off Main Street R611 and to the north of the site off Pottery Road, vehicular access is proposed to the west and will be a continuation of the existing public street.
