(AbbVie), intend to apply for the following at their Production Facility at the IDA Industrial Estate, Anngrove Townland, Carrigtwohill, Co Cork: 1) Permission for Retention of the following, a) Change to external cladding to previously permitted Juvéderm Extension Project, Planning Ref: 23/04159, b) Two Storey Extension to Existing Modular Building Block No. 01 (Total Floor Area = 244m2) to previously permitted Juvéderm Extension Project, Planning Ref: 23/04159, c) Single Storey Extension to Existing Modular Building Block No. 02 (Total Floor Area = 54m2) to previously permitted Juvéderm Extension Project, Planning Ref: 23/04159, d) Two Storey Modular Office Block No. 03 (Total Floor Area = 554m2). 2) Permission for Construction of the following, a) Proposed Stores Building No. 01 (Total Floor Area = 225m2), b) Proposed Stores Building No. 02 (Total Floor Area = 225m2), c) Proposed Warehouse Extension to Existing Building (Total Floor Area = 70m2), d) Demolition & Proposed Upgrade to Main Entrance (Total Floor Area = 24.4m2), e) Proposed Upgrade of Cladding to External Elevations of Main Production Building, f) Proposed Demolition of Existing Warehouse Building (Total Floor Area = 207.5m2). i) New main vehicular entrance to the south to the main estate road within the IDA Industrial Estate, to comprise alterations to the existing boundary fencing, new gates and access control entrance system. ii) The construction of a single storey, 87.1sq.m security building adjacent to the new proposed entrance with canopy. iii) An extension to the north side of the existing Car Park to provide additional Staff parking spaces along with Contractor parking and lay down area, with the creation of a specific visitor parking area within the existing car park and alterations to the existing car park to facilitate the new proposed main vehicular entrance. iv) Alterations to the existing security building located adjacent to the existing entrance. Alterations to comprise reconfiguration of internal spaces as detailed, with changes to the southern and eastern facades to include new glazing and the relocation of the entrance to the existing security building. v) The construction of a covered walkway to the southern facade of the main existing building to extend and cover the existing reception and continue along the full facade at a varying height. vi) Landscaping works to include the creation of a new water feature, alterations to the position of 2 no. access control entrance systems to the existing entrance, 1) to be removed and replaced with gates (to existing main car park), and 2) to be relocated further northwards (for goods access), with relocation of visitor car parking adjacent to the existing security building and hard and soft landscaping within the newly extended car park and between the new security building and the main reception. vii) The construction of a 32.4sq.m IT infrastructure structure to the north of the existing security building with roof top plant and associated guarding. With all ancillary site development works. The development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Directive Licence Number P1046-01.
