The proposed development will replace 27 no. permitted residential units which comprised of 10 no. 3 bedroom units and 17 no. 2 bedroom units. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the existing estate entrance from the Carrigane Road and internal road network of the Elmbury residential development and the entrance from the Carrigane Road permitted in 25/5966.

Other ancillary site development works include the provision of bicycle and bin storage facilities serving the proposed creche facility and apartment buildings.
