Demolition of existing nightclub/ballroom, restaurant, kitchen, ancillary stores, toilets, lobby's, keg stores, including part of existing public licensed premises bar, all forming part of the existing hotel at ground floor. b. To demolish part of the first floor of the hotel, which includes 9 no. hotel bedrooms, staff accommodation, ancillary stores, lobbies and stairs. c. To erect extension and carry out alterations to the retained section of the hotel to facilitate: 1. Construction of lobby, reception, function room, conference rooms, kitchen and ancillary stores/facilities, to include alterations to the existing public licensed premises bar at ground floor 2. Construction of hotel dining room, roof terrace/balcony, 12 no. hotel bedrooms and ancillary facilities, within both the extension and retained section of the hotel at first floor level. 3. Construction of 12 no. hotel bedrooms within both the extension and retained section of the hotel at second floor level. 4. Construction of 12 no. hotel bedrooms at third floor level, within the proposed extension. 5. Construction of hotel leisure facilites and ancillary services at underground basement level within the extension. d. To carry out external alterations to the retained section of the hotel. e. To carry out all associated site works. f. It is advised that the proposal involves the carry out of works to a protected structure.
