Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via an existing entrance serving an existing dwelling house from the R-611 road. Provision will also be made for a pedestrian footbridge crossing over the stream to the north for the purposes of connecting to a proposed future amenity walk. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
