1) The renovation and alteration of the former convent chapel, a protected structure (RPS 085) for use as a community flexible-use facility; 2) The renovation and alteration of the former Mercy convent, a protected structure (RPS 086), for use as 7 No. apartments; 2 No. 1-bedroom, 2 No. 2-bedroom & 3 No. 3-bedroom apartments & multi-purpose community space. 3) The renovation and alteration of the former Mercy Heights School, a protected structure (RPS 087) for use as an office building; 4) The construction of a new 4-storey apartment block located to the south-east of the site consisting of 52 No. apartments; 41 No. 2-bedroom & 11 No. 1-bedroom apartments; 5) The construction of 6 no. 2-storey, 2-bedroom terrace houses to the west of the site, adjacent to North Street. 6) The retention of the partially complete 4-level underground carpark (planning reference 06/57052 & 07/57052) and its alteration and completion to provide car-parking facilities and an associated access podium at ground level to the north of the site.
