The development will consist of a two-storey extension to an existing Chiller/Boiler house building (IE04). The extension is to accommodate a new Chiller on the ground floor with the associated Motor Control Centre (MCC) on the 1st floor. The extension will also include associated site works including the construction of a retaining wall and the realignment of underground services.
