The proposed development comprises the construction of 1.2-2.0 metre high masonry and rendered estate boundary wall with capped piers along the western and southern boundary of "The Cotton Mills " residential development which is currently under construction. The proposed development is a change of plan from that permitted under Cork County Council planning reference number 17/7383 and an Bord Pleanála reference 302525-18 (as subsequently amended under Cork County Council planning references 20/4786 and 21/4027)
