The proposed development includes the relocation and extension of an existing surface car park to southern areas of the site, the provision of a multi-shelter structure accommodating bicycle parking and smoking area, rooftop PV solar panels, signage, storage yard and waste compound/recycling building, and a pedestrian/cycle connection to the existing greenway to the south of the site. The proposed development also includes minor elevational and internal alterations to the existing innovation centre building. A Natura impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
