The ground floor will consist of a cleanroom to be utilised for the operation of small batch product packaging operations and the first floor will be utilised to house plant and equipment associated with ground floor cleanroom. Site works will include the relocation of existing Gas Bottle Storage, as well as relocation of an existing Aco channel drain servicing the external yard area. Demolitions and alterations to the existing western facade are required to tie the new structure into the existing building
