The appropriate period of p. ref. 09/4772 was extended by order dated 31/05/2018 under p. ref. 18/4883. 2) The development proposed seeks to utilize all existing permitted ancillary buildings and facilities for the duration of the proposed development; and 3) Final restoration works to be carried out over a 2- year period following final rock extraction to give an overall development life of 10 years.
