During construction, the permitted building design has been modified as follows: a) Garage area widened by 1.00 meters (7m2 added area) and that space has been converted to be suitable for use as a separate dwelling unit, ancillary to the main dwelling, and to be occupied by a member of the applicants immediate family, b) The Northern block nearest public roadway has been lengthened by 4.0 meters (24m2 added area), to accommodate an additional home office space, and c) An external door has been added to the northern elevation.
