- vii)Wheelwash
- viii)Concrete washout area with closed water management system
- ix)Bunded fuel storage area with hydrocarbon interceptor
- x)Proprietary effluent treatment system and percolation area
- xi)New access, entrance gate and internal roads
- xii)Screening berms (up to 3 metres in height) and operational landscaping
- xiii)And related ancillary site works; all within a planning application area of c. 3.2 hectares
