The proposed C&D processing facility will cover an area of c.a 1.9ha and will operate under a waste management licence from the EPA. The development will also comprise of the construction of an inspection shed (ca.140m2) and ancillary improvements to drainage and landscaping. The development will utilise existing infrastructure on-site including weighbridge, wheel wash, garage, car parking and welfare facilities. A planning permission of 20 years is being sought for the proposed development. The planning application, Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura impact Statement (NIS) may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of the Planning Authority.
