Construction of new dressing rooms (c.80m2 gross floor area) for the Coolea outdoor swimming pool comprising of: changing areas (2 no.), w.c.s (2 no.), disabled toilets, shower areas (2no.) storage rooms (2 no.), solar panels, a water harvesting tank, a rainwater soakway and connection of the proposed foul sewer to the Cork County Council combined sewer.
