- a)Garage area widened by 1.00 meters (7m2 added area) and that space has been converted to be suitable for use as a separate dwelling unit, ancillary to the main dwelling, and to be occupied by a member of the applicants immediate family
- b)The Northern block nearest public roadway has been lengthened by 4.0 meters (24m2 added area), to accommodate an additional home office space,
- c)An external door has been added to the northern elevation. Modifications have also been made to the building elevations to reflect the above changes.
