The relocation of the existing wastewater pumping station in the townland of Inchileigh, Millstreet from its current position within the public road, Claragh Road, to a greenfield site approximately 13.6m to the Southwest of the existing pumping station location. The works will include the construction of a new underground wastewater pumping station consisting of a new pump sump (2.45m x 2.6m x 4.4m deep) and an above ground control kiosk (1.8m high x 1.2m wide x 1.2m deep). The development also includes the diversion of existing pipework to the new pump sump, the connection of an overflow from the new pump sump to the existing overflow pipe, approximately 20m of new rising main, the removal of an existing stone wall and hedge over a length of approximately 15.6m on the Eastern site boundary to be replaced by a combination of 1.5m high blockwork wall (6.5m long), 1m high access gate (3.55m long) and 1m high wall to match adjoining boundary wall (5.6m long), the provision of a 1.5m high blockwork wall along the Northern and Western boundaries (27m long) and the provision of a 1.2m high weld mesh fence along the Southern boundary (17.8m long) adjacent to the existing 1m high blockwork wall.
