Permission for the development will consist of; upgrades and alterations to the bus stop area to include new paving, bus shelters with advertising panels and street furniture; alterations to the bus yard approach from Railway View including the removal of a pillar, new footpaths, pedestrian crossings and street furniture. A new gate with stepped and ramped access will be provided at the easterly boundary of the site to connect with the public car park at Fitzgerald square. Other works throughout the yard will comprise, new lighting, road surface repairs & drainage, new line markings and signage.
