Permission for a residential development and all associated site development works at Macroom Road and Cork Road, Knockbrogan, Bandon, Co. Cork. The proposed development includes the construction of 34 no. residential units comprising of 14 no. dwellings (6 of which have an option of a 2 or 3 bedrooms) and 20 no. duplex units, car parking; bicycle parking and bin stores.
