Permission is sought for amendments to part of the development previously permitted under planning reference 21/7265, to consist of the construction of 97 no. residential units and 1 no. childcare facility in 2 no. blocks ranging in height from 1-6 storeys. The application site is generally bounded by Northern Relief Road to the north, CGI Food Park to the south and agricultural land to the west. The proposed development will consist of the following: Block B: a 6-storey apartment building comprising 54 units (18 no. 1 bedroom units, 24 no. 2 bedroom/3 person units and 12 no. 2 bedroom/4 person units), with associated private balconies to the north and south elevations; bin store; plant and switch room.
