Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via 2 no. entrances from the existing Castlelake Link Road (L-3607) to the north. The proposed development also provides for amendments to the public realm upgrades permitted in the Carrigtwohill Urban Regeneration and Development Fund (URDF) Initiative, comprising the realignment of a permitted cyclepath and footpath on Station Road, to accommodate a set-down area to serve the proposed mixed-use building. Ancillary site development works include the provision of bicycle and bin storage facilities. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
