Development will also comprise the provision of: a new vehicular access/egress car parking; underground firewater storage tank; surface water attenuation area; water retention pond; well; sewerage treatment system; hard and soft landscaping; signage; lighting; and all site development works. A Natura Impact (NIS) has been preparted and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
