October Two Ltd. intends to apply for planning permission for development on lands of c. 0.505ha at 794, 796 and 798 Howth Road, Dublin 5, D05KP65, D05HK76, D05Rt99. The development will consist of the demolition of the 3 no. existing two-storey houses (of c. 233.7 sqm. c. 234.4sqm and c. 172.5 sqm respectably) and associated outbuildings, and the construction of a new residential development in 2 no. new build blocks, Block A and Block B, ranging between 3 and 5 storeys in height over single basement level. The development consists of 58 no. residential units (20 no. 1 bed units, 29 no. 2 bed units, and 9 no. 3 bed units), associated residential amenity space, ancillary plant, refuse and bicycle parking storage.
