The development will consist of the fit-out of the Ground Floor area as a footwear/clothing retail unit. The works also include for the restoration of the original historic ceiling including the provision of 3 no. 900mm wide x 300mm high internally and halo illuminated signs consisting of 180mm high stainless steel individual letters and 300mm high stainless steel logo all halo illuminated with internal LED fittings to stand off fascia by 35mm. The proposed signage to be located over the existing entrance door and on the Lower O'Connell Street and Middle Abbey Street elevations.
