The proposed development will consist of the construction of a single storey extension at ground floor of 10m2, adjacent to the existing two storey rear return, along the south east boundary complete with 3 roof lights, conversion of the existing attic space to non-habitable storage space with an additional area of 25m2, insertion of 4 roof lights to the rear and 2 roof lights to the front of the converted attic, insertion of 1 roof light to the rear and 1 roof light to the front of the converted attic stairs landing and insertion of 2 roof lights to the existing two storey rear return roof which houses the first floor bathroom facing south east (total gross house area including existing house and proposed extension and converted attic is 135m2). The proposed development will also consist of general remedial works to the existing house including demolition of walls and lowering of the internal ground floor finished floor level, demolition of existing shed to rear and all associated site, drainage and landscaping works.
