The alterations will consist of: 1) Increase in area from 25sqm to 34sqm. 2) Change in roof form from flat construction to a stepped monopitch construction, which will include a loft storage space, with a resulting increase in ridge height at west elevation, and a decrease in parapet height at east elevation. 3) One rooflight to the east slope of the monopitch roof.
