CHANGE OF USE: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Change of use and refurbishment of 21 Baggot Street Upper, Dublin 4 (Protected Structure). The building presently extends at ground floor and lower ground floor from Baggot Street Upper to a rear yard off Flemings Place.
