The proposed development will consist of the following: Demolition of the existing buildings on site, with a total combined gross floor area (GFA) of 1,739 sq.m; Construction of a Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential development, comprising 97 no. BTR apartments with a mix of 48 no. 1 bed units and 49 no. 2 bed units in three no. blocks of part 3, part 4, part 5 and part 6 storeys in height, over basement level, including resident support and amenity facilities. The total GFA, including the basement level, of the proposed development is 9,216 sq.m; Block A, fronting Milltown Road, comprises 23 no. BTR units including 9 no. 1 bed units and 14 no. 2 bed units in a part 3, part 4 and part 5 storey building, over a basement level.
