PROTECTED STRUCURE: RETENTION & PERMISSION: Planning Permission for a development to the single storey rear return of No. 30-31 O'Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1 (A Protected Structure). Retention permission is sought for an outdoor roof terrace with railing to the roof level of the rear return of the existing four-storey over basement mid terraced building. Planning permission is also sought for alterations to the north elevation of this rear return consisting of 2 no. new door openings to the existing first floor level corridor to provide access to the rear return roof terrace.
