The overall development will also include: a new ESB substation; piped infrastructure and ducting; hard and soft landscaping; changes in level; boundary treatments; pedestrian circulation areas and footpaths; drainage works; provision of bio-diverse roofs for assisting with drainage attenuation; communal refuse storage areas; and all associated site development and excavation works above and below ground.
