PERMISSION & RETENTION :QMK OBS Ltd. intends to apply for permission and retention permission for development at this site of 0.05 ha. site to amend a previously permitted part 5 and 8 storey with screened plant at roof level over part basement level hotel development (Dublin City Council Ref . 4316/18 and 2295/20.
