PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Planning permission is sought for development comprising: The partial demolition of the existing dwelling (ranging in height from one to three storeys in height) as follows: (a) non-original 1 and 2-storey elements to the rear and side (west) elevation of the existing protected structure including the demolition of existing games room, bar, gym, sauna, conservatory and storage room; (b) demolition of non-original 2 and 3-storey elements to the side (east) elevation of the protected structure comprising removal of existing toilet and access door; (c) the demolition of non-original existing shed to the front and side of dwelling.
