Rear extension to Nos. 4-7 Hume Street: The development will consist of proposed alterations to the permitted extension to the rear of Nos. 4-7 Hume Street, including: the extension of the permitted building at First, Second and Third Floor levels to provide additional office accommodation (69 sq m); the construction of an additional storey to the permitted Four storey (over basement levels) building, resulting in a Fifth storey of office accommodation (427 sq m).
