The proposed development also consist of the provision of a signage zone (c.1.2 sq m) on the Middle Abbey Street elevation; a new ventilation and duct system; associated plant; a louvre screen at roof level; associated internal and external alterations; changes in level; associated site servicing (foul and surface water drainage and water supply); and all other associated site excavation and site development works above and below ground.
