The proposed development will consist of the following: • Change of use of the basement and ground floor of no. 20 Dawson Street from office/professional services use to use as a licensed restaurant, including ancillary public bar, and all associated internal and external works to the existing premises to facilitate the proposed change of use, including a new staircore from basement to first floor level. • The proposal includes the demolition of the existing two storey rear extension and replacement with a single storey extension including covered outdoor bar area at ground floor level and external terrace at roof level for restaurant, including anc illary public bar, use also. Planning permission for the proposed development will consist of modifications to / extension of development approved under Reg.
