Associated site works include the provision of c1.65m high timber security fence on top of the existing low concrete wall and a timber gate for access. Finished height of wall and fence perimeter shall be 2.1m in height. This application relates to proposed development within the North Lotts & Grand Canal Dock Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme area.
