RETENTION and PERMISSION . The proposed development for which planning permission is sought will consist of (1) the replacement of existing overhead signage with new 400mm individually mounted, stainless steel backlit Circle K branded signage and Grafton Street lettering at fascia level, (2) 200mm internally illumined Off Licence signage to be located inside shop window below fascia level, (3) all other associated site development works.
