Permission for development at this site of c. 0.24 ha (c. 2,435 sq m) for the reconfiguration of an existing office development resulting in an overall office floorspace increase of 22 sq. m approximately, and associated site development works. The development will consist of the creation of additional office floorspace, including revisions to internal layout; lowering of ground floor entrance; extension to ground level existing reception area (107 sq. m); and additional office space at first floor level (22 sq. m).
