This results in a decrease in 2 no. apartments. The proposal includes associated alterations to the elevations and the provision of private amenity space for the proposed apartments, and all associated development. No change is proposed to the permitted Block A.02 and Block A.03, residential amenity building or car and cycle parking numbers. The permitted development (under Reg.
