The applicant, Talbot Building and Civil Engineering Limited t/a Talbot Plant Hire, seeks to establish waste and aggregate bays for the temporary storage of up to 7,000 tonnes (per annum) of soil & stone (LoW Code: 17 05 04) and 2,000 tonnes (per annum) of construction and demolition (LoW Code: 17 01 07) waste. Pre-screening will be carried out on all waste accepted into the premises.
