PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION: To Dublin City Council for development at 11 Parnell Square East (Protected Structure- No. 6376, Dublin City Council's Record of Protected Structures). The development consists of refurbishment, part change of use, and minor additions to the Georgian building (1,371m2), currently used as offices.
