Permission for: Demolition of existing single-storey lean-to structures at rear of the return and shed at party wall. Generally: strip all plumbing/heating and electrical services and install all new systems, remove non-original fittings, install new fittings and redecorate, and any associated repairs, drainage works and builder’s works.
