Proposed Development

Retention planning will consist of widening the existing vehicular entrance to 4.4m wide. Planning development will consist of demolishing existing chimney stack to the front right-hand room and building a proposed new dormer roof & 3 No. new roof lights to the existing house roof. A new window at attive level to the front elevation of the existing house. A new full width canopy to the front of the existing house. Exisiting windows & doors will change to the rear / side & front elevations. The new attic floor space will be habitable, and all ancilliary works.
