The development will consist of: The construction of a terrace of 3 no. three storey, flat roof, 4 bedroom, dwellings with recessed third floor and roof terrace to the front. Partial demolition of the front boundary wall to create two new vehicular entrances with pillars off Castlepark Road. Enlargement of the existing vehicular entrance off Breffni road with new entrance pillars. Private amenity open space to each new dwelling.
