The proposed development will consist of the construction of a hardstand area for the delivery and temporary storage of freight containers and parking of Heavy Goods Vehicles (Total GFA of hardstand works c.32.226m² ), the use of a former car parking area to provide 20 no. staff car parking spaces and the installation of temporary portacabin buildings comprising 1no. security /office hut (c.28m²), 1no. canteen (c.28m²), 1no. toilet block (c.10 m²) and 1no. shower block (c.10 m²) and 2 no. two security gate buildings (26 m²).
