Permission for development which consists of; the redevelopment of the sportsground involves the following works: phase 1 works-the works in phase 1 involve the replacement of the existing grass playing pitch with a new synthetic surface playing pitch and associated site works including floodlight upgrade works. The works are being carried out within areas of the site which have previously been developed i.e. the current playing pitch and within the carpark as was identified within the Phasing Drawing included with the original planning application.
