Planning permission at Block 1, First Floor Manor Retail & Leisure Park for a new medical diagnostics facility with x-ray, MRI, CT and Dual Energy x-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) scanning services with and all associated administrative spaces including the offices to the south side of the building. A 3.6x3m high roller shutter and single pedestrian door are to installed together with lighting and fire alarm. An existing fire exit is to be blocked off and a new replacement fire exit installed. The existing roller shutter to the main building is to be retained. The building is to be used as space to shelter offloaded goods before placement in the main building store.
